Yoga Nidra is the yoga for sleep. A deep relaxation creating a quiet and receptive brain state. A guided meditation practice, leading you on a journey of expanded consciousness. What you will need:

• Blankets
• Eye pillow, mask or scarf
• Comfortable floor space in a warm room
• Comfortable clothes, socks, hoodies etc.
