Spacious and elegant suites with extraordinary features.
Duke of Atholl
The Lady Islington suite houses an extraordinary marble bathroom designed in 1922 with the walls covered in the same red marble as found in St Paul’s Cathedral. The grand bedroom overlooks the Garden and houses an impressive mahogany four-poster bed.
Caroline’s suite is an elegant room located in the Mews overlooking the Garden with its own separate and cosy lounge. This secluded jewel of a room is a firm favourite for those who value peace and seclusion.
Also in the Mews, Flora’s suite has a lounge with an Art Deco feel complete with a quirky round window overlooking the Garden. The bedroom has a gleaming brass bed as well as a comfortable chaise longue for a much-needed rest.
The Duke of Atholl suite is home to rich mahogany furniture. The bedroom includes a resplendent Queen size bed and the bright, elegant bathroom has a bath originally made for His Highness Say Aji Rao III, Maharajah Gaekwad of Baroda (1863-1939).
