‘Harvest feast’

Following the great success of September’s first event, food and drink educator Alison Taffs is back to host October’s ‘Harvest Feast’. Alison has a passion in helping people to discover delicious new tastes along with executive chef Fabio Perucci will collaborate to create a different angle from the culinary spectrum.

The evening will also include carefully selected wines to accompany each course.  This tasting menu celebrates the wonderfully diverse collection of ingredients found in the British Isles; from trees to hedgerows, rivers to seas, earth and sky.

Pumpkin tortellini with chestnuts and sage beurre noisette

Guinea fowl, celeriac purée, confit of shallots and woodland mushrooms

Buttermilk poached pear, walnut, chocolate soil and pear sorbet

Cost: £70 member, £80 guest including tasting wines
