ROYAL ASCOT – WEDNESDAY 20TH JUNE 2018

Over the course of more than 300 years, since its founding by Queen Anne in 1711, Ascot has become one of the most famous and best-loved racecourses worldwide and we are delighted to be attending again this year, on Wednesday 20th June, inviting you and a guest to join us.

This fantastic day at Royal Ascot is complete with full hospitality in the intimate Wyndham Club situated in the idyllic Royal Enclosure Gardens with easy access to the Parade Ring and Royal Enclosure Trackside Viewing Lawn. This event will be hosted by our Sales and Marketing Director, Gavin Gooddy, and includes a welcoming champagne reception, a sumptuous fine dining four-course luncheon including a selection of fine wines, champagne and liqueurs, champagne afternoon tea, Royal Enclosure guest badges, a complimentary bar throughout the day, close views of the pre-parade ring and a stellar field of the world’s finest racehorses.

The cost is £820 per person and tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.  Members can register their interest for a total of two tickets (member plus one guest).

Guests must adhere to the Royal Enclosure dress code.

Gates open at 10.30am. The last race commences at 5.35pm with traditional singing around the Bandstand continuing until 7pm.

PLEASE NOTE: There are limited spaces available for this exclusive event so please register your name below if you would like to attend. You may also register one guest. Closing date to register is 5pm on Wednesday 18th April. Due to the popularity of this event and to be fair to all members, final attendee names will be drawn at random.  When you register your name online, you will receive an automated email from the website to acknowledge this. It does not mean you have a ticket to attend this event. Members that have been drawn will be contacted direct by Jessica Barwell to let them know (and to arrange payment) no later than 5pm on Wednesday 25th April. If you are not contacted direct by Jessica Barwell by this date, it means your name was not drawn and you do not have tickets for this event.
