Meet the Producer: Caiarossa
EVENT INFORMATION
Join us for another extraordinary evening of fine wine as we welcome Daniele Parri from the Tuscan winery, Caiarossa.
Founded in 1998, Caiarossa used the principles of organic agriculture, geo-dynamics and the discipline of Freng Shui for the construction of their cellars. It was not until 2004, when it was acquired by Eric Albada Jelgersma, that Cairossa entered the world of quality wine thanks to the decades of experience which this family had acquired with two Grands Crus Classés in Bordeaux, Château Giscours and Château du Tertre. There are currently 11 grape varieties planted in the vineyard: Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Chardonnay, Viognier and Petit Manseng. The wines are allowed to age in a mixture of barrels, tonneaux and large oak casks.
Enjoy a four-course menu paired with wine, curated by Head Chef Artuas Kondratjevas and Head Sommelier Alis Jusic.
