Our fabulous Market Menu is available every day (except Sunday) in The Restaurant. The menu changes daily, dishes include delights such as:

Red cabbage marinated cod with padron peppers and chorizo.

Heritage beetroot, Doreen’s black pudding salad and sweet wine reduction.

Tuna and avocado tartare, rye bread crumb and soy cured quail egg yolk.

Tomato carpaccio, goats cheese, rainbow kale and pine nuts.
