EVENT INFORMATION
Start your weekend with Yoga and brunch in the beautiful surroundings of the Front Parlour & Eating Room, led by Home House Yoga Instructor, Anya Asana.
Join your fellow members for a 60-minute group Yoga session in the Eating Room, before moving into the Front Parlour to socialise over a delicious team brunch.
For anyone seeking a great way to kickstart the weekend! Mats will be provided.
About Anya
Anya (she/her) has recently moved to London from Seattle. She is a world traveller, coffee lover, and deep yoga practitioner. As an RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, she’s experienced over 1000 hours of training and assisting in Rasa Yoga with Sianna Sherman and Greta Hill. Her classes are a lively fusion of embodied flow and modern vinyasa that honour the roots and traditions of yoga. Anya believes in the power of community and collective care. She is dedicated to weaving anti-racism, social justice, climate justice, and collective healing into her teachings and shared spaces. She believes that by practising yoga both on and off the mat, our yoga practice can be a vehicle for change. Anya has both trained and taught internationally. She invites proper alignment and biomechanics into the practice as a key way to make sure we can practice asana for as long as possible. Anya’s classes offer embodiments through asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama, and tantric yoga philosophy, all with a light heart and smile.
BRUNCH BUFFET MENU
Smoked Scottish salmon, quail egg, pumpernickel
Crushed avocado, chilli, mint, sourdough

Greek yoghurt, mixed berries, granola
Choice of filter coffee, tea or herbal infusion
Tickets: £20 for members and £30 for guests*, tickets include a Yoga session and brunch.
