Join food and drink educator, Alison Taffs for this month’s ‘Sensational Shellfish’
Supper Club. Alison has a passion in helping people to discover delicious
new tastes along with Executive Chef Sophie Michell who will collaborate to
create a different angle from the culinary spectrum. The evening will also
include carefully selected wines to accompany each course.
This tasting menu celebrates the best of seafood caught (mainly) off the British coast:
Grilled oysters with garlic butter and parmesan cheese

Dorset crab with heirloom tomato carpaccio, tomato and geranium consommé jelly and basil
~
Clam, wild garlic and chilli spaghetti
~
Red mullet, saffron braised squid and bouillabaisse sauce
~
Lemon and bergamot tart, yoghurt sorbet
Cost: £70 member, £80 guest including welcome drink and matching wines.
