Join Food and Drink Educator, Alison Taffs for this month’s event celebrating the fresh, seasonal, local, sustainable and original aspects that typifies the food of California today.

Alison has a passion in helping people to discover delicious new tastes along with Executive Chef Sophie Michell who will collaborate to create a different angle from the culinary spectrum.

The evening will also include carefully selected wines to accompany each course.

Amuse bouche
Sea urchin and lardo toasts with preserved lemon dressing
Starter
Tuna poke with whipped avocado, chilli, seaweed, yuzu, soy dressing and sesame
Main
Roast free range chicken with sweet corn, zucchini and spring truffle succotash
Heirloom tomato panzanella salad
Dessert
Kaffir lime meringue, lemongrass curd and blood orange foam

Cost: £70 member, £80 guest
