Join us for another extraordinary evening of fine wine as we welcome Sylvie Ziegler from the Spanish winery, Torrederos.

 

Founded in 1999 by Serafin and Jose Mari, Torrederos Winery owns more than 100 hectares of Tempranillo-planted vineyards in Ribera del Duero – home to one of Spain’s most sought after and applauded wines. Vines are situated in a maximum radius of 5 km from the winery, facilitating continual production quality control. You can expect excellent value for these authentic expressions of Spain’s most iconic grape. They produce complex and elegant bouquets with spicy aromas with touches of menthol and smoke. Always proud of their powerful tannins, they still deliver a great balance between the oak influence and fresh fruit.

 

Enjoy a five-course menu paired with wine, curated by Executive Chef Robert Panek, Head Chef Artuas Kondratjevas and Head Sommelier Alis Jusic.
