Not familiar with our gym? Fancy learning a little more about how our ‘Clean Menu’ works? And, how to combine the two for body-leaner results?!

Personal Trainer Jonathan Goodair and Executive Chef Adrian Martin look forward to welcoming you for a food and fitness evening with menu tasters to try and also a glass of ‘clean’ champagne.

  1. The Sport Menu.

(Adding carbs into the mix). carbohydrates are the fuel of choice for the body and brain but the type and timing are crucial if you want to lower your body fat and improve performance. We will take a look at how to increase energy levels for workouts and optimise body fat levels by varying type and timing of Carbohydrates.

  1. Sitting, Stretching and Strengthening for better posture.

How a few simple stretches, adjustments to your office chair and gentle strengthening exercises can work wonders for maintain a pain free posture for life.

  1. Fitness myths.

We will separate fact from fiction concerning some of that nonsense you hear in the locker room!
