We are delighted to be hosting this month’s producer Martin Spedding of Ten Minutes by Tractor wine estate in Victoria, Australia.

The company needs little introduction, nor does the man in charge – Martin Spedding. A gently-spoken man with a background in finance and IT, in 2003 he left the city to realise his dream as a winemaker, buying his favourite small winery on Mornington Peninsula. Under Martin’s detailed eye, it blossomed into what is now a cult Australian estate. They produce three tiers of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which have found a spiritual home on cool-climate Mornington Peninsula. These wines can challenge Burgundy in quality and elegance, ranging from fine and elegant examples to richer and more opulent cuvées.
