Master Entrepreneur Rick Lowe meets Sir Rod Aldridge OBE

 

The Company of Entrepreneurs Series returns with Chairman of the Company, Rick Lowe, in conversation with Sir Rod Aldridge. One of the UK’s leading entrepreneurs, Sir Rod is founder of the Capita Group, which he built from a start-up in 1984 to it becoming a FTSE 100 company and shaping the outsourcing industry. Rod also founded the Aldridge Foundation, a charity focussing on creating positive, sustainable, social and economic impact, by putting enterprise skills and an entrepreneurial mind-set at the heart of young people’s education through a family of academies in the NW, London and SE.

Rod was awarded an OBE in the 1994 and received a Knighthood for services to young people in 2012.
Rick speaks to Rod about his journey as an entrepreneur, founding Capita, his foundation and how it’s striving to create social change.
