EVENT INFORMATION
Start your weekend with Legs, Bums, Tums, and brunch in the beautiful surroundings of the Front Parlour & Eating Room, led by Home House Personal Trainer, Sherry Mohsenpour.
Join your fellow members for a 45-minute group Legs, Bums, and Tums session in the Eating Room, before moving into the Front Parlour to socialise over a delicious team brunch. Suitable for all levels, this fun but challenging session has been designed to strengthen your lower body, core, ad improve your overall fitness.
For anyone seeking a great way to kickstart the weekend! Mats will be provided.
About Sherry
Passionate about fitness and body transformation, Sherry has been helping others to become both mentally and physically stronger as well as achieve their desired body goals. Tickets: £20 for members and £30 for guests, tickets include a Pilates session and brunch.
