Following the success of her Home House Instagram Live takeover in the spring, and the Home House Psychic Party before that, Amelie is back and ready to get you laughing.
The Laughter Workshop is experiential, interactive and upbeat. The laughter exercises she shares are low impact, fun, suitable for all ages. Members are advised to be dressed appropriately for the camera and have their windows and doors closed in advance. You will be moving around and it gets wonderfully noisy with all the group laughter building joyously throughout the session. By the end, everyone will be relaxed, smiling and both physically and mentally invigorated.
