Introducing the Home House London Dry Gin

 

Home House has partnered with award winning luxury Gin distillery Oro, based in Lockerbie, Scotland, to create a unique spirit that captures the extraordinary heritage and epicurean essence of the Club.

 

Join us for a special tasting evening with Ray Clynick, Managing Director and Head Distiller at ORO as he introduces the brand-new Home House London Dry Gin, our homage Lady Home’s favourite tipple. Enjoy three cocktails and delicious canapes while you learn all about Gin, the making of it and inspiration behind it.

 

We have created this extraordinary gin to reflect the opulence and sense of adventure – not to mention a dash of eccentricity – which has permeated the House since the 18th Century. Offering the finest Spanish Saffron and Macedonian Juniper finish melding delicately into English Rose and Orris. A subtle, piquant hint of the rarest Lignum Vitae follows – an ode to Lady home’s roots – finishing with a smooth and delightful note of Osmanthus tea. Enjoy throughout the House with plenty of ice, tonic and a garnish of mango.

 

Canapes

*Aubrey’s grass fed beef steak tartare vol au vent, confit egg yolk, yuzu mayonnaise

*Smoked salmon mousse, charcoal cone, Tobiko caviar

*Ceps and aged parmesan croquets V

 

Bowl food

*Miso cod, pak choi, soy, sesame, steamed ginger
