EVENT INFORMATION

Monday 29th October 2018: 6pm – 7.30pm

Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall very kindly allow the Highgrove Christmas Shop to be located in their house for a limited period for private guests and this invitation has generously been extended to Home House on Monday 29th October 2018.

The purpose of this shop is to help raise much needed income for the Prince of Wales’s Charitable Foundation, a grant-making trust that aims to transform lives and build sustainable communities by supporting a wide range of causes from culture and heritage to young people and education.

The shop is located in the Morning Room, Library and the Dining Room which are  on the ground floor of Clarence House.  Guests will be greeted with a glass of Highgrove champagne on arrival and there will be a short welcome speech before leisurely browsing and Christmas shopping commences! Much of HM Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother’s art collection are on display in the Dining Room and Library.

The shop will be open from 6pm to 7.30pm and sells a wide range of fabulous gifts including decorations, candles, scarves, jewellery, stationery, books, organic food & drink and much, much more.

Payment can be made by cash or credit card, unfortunately the shop is not able to accept American Express. Guests can also have their shopping delivered for a charge of £10.

PLEASE ONLY BOOK A PLACE IF YOU DEFINITELY CAN ATTEND.  EACH MEMBER CAN ALSO BRING ONE GUEST (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY). PLACES ARE VERY LIMITED AND SECURITY & ENTRY TIMINGS WILL BE STRICT. YOU CANNOT PASS ON YOUR TICKET FOR YOU AND YOUR GUEST (IF APPLICABLE) TO ANYONE ELSE. THE GUEST LIST CANNOT BE AMENDED.

Security Requirements:

As you will understand, there are certain security requirements with regard to the residences of TRH The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall:

You will need to collect your ticket & map from Manuela Alvarez at Home House prior to this event and must make your guest (if applicable) aware of the security requirements. Keep your ticket(s) safe as no replacements can be offered.

Entry to Clarence House will be refused without valid tickets.

Gates close 30 minutes after the time stated on your tickets. No entry will be allowed after the gates close.

All members and their guests must bring two forms of identification: one photographic and another to show a home address (dated from the last 3 months).

Tickets are non-transferable.

Mobile telephones, cameras or any form of recording equipment are not permitted. Guests will be required to hand in mobile phones on arrival.

Smoking and E-Cigarettes are not permitted.

Regrettably there is no facility to leave luggage at Clarence House.

Entrance and exit:

Entry will be refused without valid tickets. The entrance is through Stable Yard Gate on the Mall. Guests all need to arrive at the allocated time as the gates will be closed 30 minutes later.
