Weingut Gebrüder Nittnaus lies in the heart of Gols, at the centre of one of the most diverse wine-producing communities in Austria. With a highly favourable climate and a variety of rich soils, the region of Gols provides the perfect conditions for producing superb wines. The family mastering this terroir are Andreas, Hans Michael and their parents, planting indigenous grape varieties including Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Grüner Veltliner along with a few internationals like Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc. Their winery is one of the first to become a certified member of the “Sustainable Austria” program and are continuously improving their sustainability efforts.
