Burns Night is a highlight twinkling in the dark days of January 

 

Join Alison and Tom for an evening of tasting with a touch of Burns poetry. Our regular Drinks Club will honour the Scottish national poet with a tutored journey through some delicious Scotch whiskies!. A fun and relaxed but educational evening as usual, we’ll explore the impact on the taste of this magical spirit. From soft and gentle to fruity and spicy, from delicate and nutty to powerful and peaty. Our lovely hosts will talk about the effect of time and maturation on the water of life; tasting some drams up to a quarter of a century old.
