Join us for another evening of exceptional fine wine and a special, paired menu as we welcome Hervé Lasserre of Château Val Joanis, a historic winery with stunning gardens and picturesque views over the Luberon massif, deep in the heart of Provence.

 

Built on the site of a former Roman villa, the château boasts an exquisite 17th-century style garden, built on three terraces cut into the hillside overlooking the estate. Its vineyards benefit from a sunny exposure and enjoy a particularly favourable microclimate with late ripening giving the wines a signature freshness and balance.
