EVENT INFORMATION

Join our in-house trainers for weekly workouts at the Gym studio to build strength, tone and improve overall fitness. Designed by our in-house trainers, these fun and challenging 40-60 minute classes are suitable for all fitness levels. With a maximum of 6 at each class, be sure to sign up online in advance.

 

Mondays at 6:20pm, Workout of the Day with Kamil

This class will be a mix of strength, conditioning & core exercises. Designed by our in-house trainers, this is a challenging yet fun class aimed at improving your overall fitness levels.

Mondays at 6:30pm, Running club with Dawit

60 minutes

 

Tuesdays 6:20pm, Gentle Yoga with Vanessa

Join our yoga teacher Vanessa Hatton Riveiro to connect your mind and body, and build strength and flexibility.

Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Tabata

This intense time-based class will improve your body composition and cardiovascular fitness. The Tabata protocol exercise is where you perform eight rounds activity to your very best ability for 20 seconds, then take 10 seconds to rest. Be prepared to work hard!

Thursdays at 6pm, Triple A

This is a Pilates inspired class delivery by our Pilates instructor Luigi. This class will help you to tone up your Arms, Abs & Ass.

All classes are held in the Gym studio.
